Divi Nation Meetup #2

“We’re going to build on our first Divi Society meetup. For this session, we’ll keep the round-table discussion, which seemed to work quite well. Newbies, masters and all of those in-between can share their expertise, ask questions and share in the Divi enthusiasm. It is, after all, one of the best WordPress themes we’ve worked with.

Our goal is to create a supportive user group that encourages our collective Divi knowledge base, troubleshoots problems and provides personal interaction.

Divi Plumber Layout

After purchasing, downloading and working with the Divi  Plumber Layout, I believe it was well worth it. Having a pre-made site (which included 8 pages) greatly reduced my design time. Working with a layout created by a “pro” gave me a great foundation and taught me how to create modules with new features. All ‘round it was a great experience. See michaelcowanservices.com for the end result: a simple, one-page website for $8.

The downside? It’s never as fast and easy as the claims. Still, I’m excited to work with many more Divi  layouts in the future.

We’re all about sharing the Divi love at our first (and not our last) Divi Nation Milwaukee Meetup. Divi masters, intermediate users and newbies…join us in this relaxed social mixer. Let’s all have fun sharing our knowledge about, interest in, expertise with and enthusiasm for Divi. Our goal is to create a supportive user group that encourages our collective Divi knowledge base, troubleshoots problems and provides personal interaction.

Divi is, quite simply, one of the best WordPress themes we’ve worked with. Created by Elegant Themes, Divi is a feature-packed, highly customizable, front-end page builder. Using drag and drop, you can select a layout template, mix and match content elements, add some plug-ins and end up creating almost any website imaginable. Seriously.

Thanks to the developers at Elegant Themes, Divi keeps getting better. That’s why we’ve started Divi Society…we know a good thing once we’ve worked with it. We plan to grow our businesses with Divi and want to help others do the same. We’re eager to share our enthusiasm and experiences with a cadre of like-minded users. Together, who knows what kind of fun we’ll have and what results we’ll achieve?
